Bring images/designs to RIP Software. Set suitable size and position.
Print your images on DTF film with CMYK+White DTF inks.
Use shaker or manually apply DTF powder on the printed images.
Cure the DTF Powder in oven or shaker at 120-160°C.
Heat press onto fabric at 150-165°C for 10-15s
Peel off the DTF film, re-heat press the image with tshirt. All Done.
If you are using a modified desktop DTF Printer, example Epson desktop L805, L1800. Then Sia Jet S is a more stable and faster printer for you.

The Sia-Jet S is designed for startups, small print shops, and businesses upgrading from modified desktop DTF printers. It is best suited for lower-volume production. Businesses with consistently higher daily output requirements may benefit from a dual-head or multi-head DTF printer, like Malo-Jet or Ola-Jet from Cosmox.
DTF printing works on almost all fabrics. Like Cotton, denim, nylon, spandex, canvas, polyester blends : You will be able to print on tshirt, jeans, hat, bag,socks, pants, jersey, pillow, uniforms and more. DTF is particularly effective on dark fabrics. The white ink underbase provides strong opacity on black, navy, and dark-colored garments without any pretreatment step.
Our white ink circulation system prevents the titanium dioxide from settling. Whenever we power on the printer, the stirring motor will let the ink moves in the ink tank all the time and circulation pump will move the inks from ink tank to the ink tubes - till the ink dampers and flows back to the ink tank, This will preventing nozzle from clogging and reducing ink waste significantly.
50-80 wash cycles with proper curing is no problem. Based on Cosmox quality control team testing result, heating press at 150-165°C for 10-15 seconds is the best range.
Licensed RIIN or Maintop RIP included. Handles color management, white ink underbase generation, print layout, and nesting. Also provide other rip software options, like cadlink, flexi, photoprint...
Daily: nozzle check and clean wiper blade, cap station, approximately 5 minutes. Weekly (15 min): clean encoder strip, check dampers, check waste ink. Monthly (30 min): deep-clean print head, clean white ink tank if have sediment on bottom, lubricate the guide rail and motor, belt tension and teeth check.
12 months on core components : mainboard, motors, power supply, carriage, sensors, belt, rollers etc. Remote support and video call diagnostics are included. Besides we will prepare full consumables parts package with the printer together. Like encode sensor, encode strip, origin sensor, print head cables, dampers, ink cap, circulation pump...
Cosmox provide new formula high quality DTF white ink that no sediment will massively drop the maintenance on the printer.
